Shadow Warrior 3: Definitive Edition

This is actually fairly easy to get, just need to execute the icy enemies that are quite common throughout the entire game (they're dancing around, present right from the start). You need to fill a single execution yellow bar up, use LB + RB on the enemy and you'll gain their ice head to throw. Throw that ice head at enemies and it'll freeze them, continue to do so and the achievement should unlock fairly fast.
