Press + for a finisher on an enemy, once your Finisher Gauge is full, after filling it by collecting the yellow orbs. (1 bar for smaller enemies, 2 for bigger ones)

Laser Shogun start showing up before the middle of the game in the level "Motoko's Thunderdome" and onwards and look like this: https://shadowwarrior.fandom.com/wiki/Laser_Shogun

Finish one of them to get their respective Gore Tool and the achievement.

The first time you come across a Laser Shogun is during Chapter 3 - Motoko's Thunderdome.

All you need to do is perform a finisher on it (+) and you will obtain the Disco Grenade and the achievement will unlock shortly afterwards.
