This achievement is for beating the final level of the game where you are inside the dragon. This achievement should pop right after you defeat the final boss and it goes to a cutscene.

However, I had this achievement glitch out on my first playthrough and had to replay it a second time with chapter select. It has nothing to do with watching the credits so feel free to skip them.

It glitched for me too on first play through. Very frustrating - I need to go through for the collectables anyway so I guess I'll complete it again as the last thing.

All I personally had to do was replay the last level "Intestinal Inspector" a second time for it to pop. So you don't need to re-do the whole game. Just use chapter select to mop up the collectibles you don't have and then re-do the last level.

Played through again in chapter select. No luck. My achievement for the tutorial mission is also glitched. So lame.

Edit: Not sure if it matters or maybe we can find a common element. I’m playing on One X with the game installed internally.

Double edit: was able to get both after hard resetting and playing them again.

Ahh, yeah, hard reset is a good idea. I can't remember if I did that or not. Generally if something glitches on me I do go ahead and do a hard reset so I might have done that without remembering. I was playing it on One S installed internally through Game Pass. But my internet likes to go down randomly so I was thinking it could have been that for me. Glad you got it!
