The best spot I found to get this is at the end of chapter 14.
After the last collectible and using the chaingun for killing flying enemies, you need to go up some stairs and a lot of those appears up. There is no big danger here cause no one spawn behind your back. Use the Uzi and you could kills 30 of them in a few seconds. You probably pop it now, cause it's around the end of the game. If not, reload and do it again and profit
Don't use the rocket launcher, cause they will explode and this will not count as I found out.

Excellent guide, only I had no issue using a rocket launcher. For a numbers estimate, you should be able to get 15+ per attempt using this method. I went from 87% to getting the achievement on one reloaded checkpoint and it was before I killed them all.

The Mother Demons are Green-colored enemies that have the head of a goat. They spawn green bombs and are usually nearby stationary bombs. They start to appear around Chapter 4 or 5 (can't remember off the top of my head, will edit).
Shoot them in the head for a one-shot kill before they get close to you by rolling. If "Defused" pops up, then it counts.

Hey, just a small correction, the pop up multiplier should be "Defused".
"Detonated" is for killing demons with explosive bolts.

Mother demons are the green enemies who explode naturally if they get too close to you, and drop green balls which are also dangerous. Below is a picture of a mother demon.
Simply use your pistol to kill each mother demon that you encounter before they explode naturally. This should come in your first playthrough without much trouble if you kill everything you encounter.
