Shadow Warrior

Story related, you encounter Xing in Chapter 17. By now you should be used to the pattern of the previous two bosses and this battle is no different. This is the final chapter so feel free to use all your most powerful weapons to bring him down such as Akimbo Machine Guns, the Crossbow and your rocket launcher.

At the start of the fight, shoot the glowing plates of armour until they fall off, exposing the crystal underneath. Shoot at the crystal until a segment of Xing’s health bar depletes. Once you do this, Xing will fall off the bridge and you will have to walk forward through the chapter to progress to the second arena. His attacks in the first stage are typical of what you should expect by now, including shooting balls of energy at you and creating a pathway of explosions targeted at you. Boost away from these to avoid them.

In the second stage of the fight, Xing's chest piece will be glowing. Shoot at the armour until it falls off and exposes the crystal underneath, then shoot at the crystal until a segment of his health bar depletes. Boost away to avoid his new attack of trying to suck you forward to make you fall off the edge of the arena. Once completed, progress through the doors to enter the final stage of the battle.

In the third and final stage of the fight, you simply repeat the same tactics as before, while using the same boost method to avoid his attacks, which are also all the same. Destroy the final crystals on his body to kill Xing and complete the game.
