How to unlock the Heart Attack achievement in Shadow Warrior - Definitive Guide

Demon hearts are sometimes dropped from the low level demons (the first demons you run in to). On death, they have a chance to drop their heart. Select it with LB. Then get near some demons and press RT to kill 1-4 demons. There is a Skill that is related to increasing the drop rate of demon hearts in the Luck Skill set.

It seems that shredding them with the shotgun is a very reliable way to get them to drop, once you have the perk. Rather than just killing them with headshots, etc.

Occasionally some enemies will drop a demon heart when you kill them. Pick it up off the ground, move towards a group of lesser demons and press  to use it. Any lesser demons within a close radius will explode and die. Gather a second heart and repeat the process until you kill 50 demons.
