If you don't plan on playing this game for long or completing or whatever the reason is. Find yourself a house preferably with a lot of destructible items inside (furniture, windows, books, pots, swords) and save before destroying anything. Now go to town and destroy everything. Once you have done so, quit out of Shadow Warrior and load the game back up. Once you resume you will be at your save right before you destroyed anything and you can do it all over again. Repeat until you get the achievement. This trick works for the majority of the achievements.

This will just come through with natural progression as there are destructible all over the place.

This is fairly straightforward. Many items are destructible such as the furniture and windows in the buildings, plus the signposts and bikes found outside. From the moment you start your first playthrough, use your Katana sword to hit and destroy as many destructible items as you can find and this should pop midway through your first playthrough.
