Look for a place where you can fight one of the large hat demons. They summon up to 3 red skeleton warriors which are easy to kill. Just ignore the big Demon and use your flame thrower against the skeletons and quick kill them with your Katana 
.

On the harder difficulties where there's no such thing as a "quick kill", you might have noticed that you've gotten progress for this when going for
The Detonator achievement in Shadow Warrior worth 33 pointsKill 75 enemies using sticky bombs in campaign mode
The reason being that if sticky bombs don't manage to get the kill, they will set the enemy on fire. And killing an enemy with a sticky bomb while they're on fire will count as progress for both achievements.
So no need to try anything fancy, just spam those stickies and you'll get it eventually!

An enemy can be set on fire by shooting at explosive environmental objects when enemies are next to them, such as red barrels. However, it is recommended that you wait until Chapter 9 when you unlock the Flamethrower, making this trophy significantly easier. Using the Flamethrower, set an enemy on fire and then kill it with a gun or your sword before it burns to death naturally from the fire. Repeat this on 50 different enemies to earn the trophy.
