For this achievement, you have to kill demons that are crawling on the ground.
To get crawling demons in a relative fast way, shot out their legs with the pistol since the shotgun usually kills them. Once they are crawling, kill them before they bleed out.

Sometimes enemies will lose one or more limb and crawl along the floor after they’ve been attacked. They will eventually bleed out and die naturally, so you should kill them with a weapon before this happens to earn the merciless in game bonus. Repeat this process on 50 different crawling demons to earn the trophy.
