Here is a great guide that someone posted on steam that I used. Some of the images seem to be missing but the text descriptions helped me find every secret

One last thing if you are like me and the achievement glitches on you, I have some more advice. You can delete your local save and replay the beginning mission to gain the last few.(My counter said 97% when I finished and I needed to get the first three collectibles from the prologue.) Just cancel when your Xbox asks to sync. You can always resync your save from the cloud after.

Do you need to get all the secrets in one play through?

No I basically started a new game by deleting my save to get the last few I needed, I believe technically you could delete your save over and over then collect the collectibles in the prologue each time and you would unlock it eventually

To confirm though, there are 17 chapters, and 4 chapters that have zero secrets (6, 11, 15 and 17)?

To answer my question - there are no secrets in any of those four chapters.

Also, there is a glitch for the 7th secret of chapter 10. In order to get the demons to bust through the one door which opens the room where the secret is, you have to walk around that room for a while. Try to cover the entire room and eventually the demons will spawn.

I collected all of them but was stuck at 97% on the tracker. I had saved right before the last two so I shut the game down (when it didn't unlock) and repeated the last two, which upped it to 99%, then shut game, and collected a third time and it popped.

I shut the game because that way the in-game challenge stays locked each time. I believe once the in-game challenge is unlocked, you have no hope of unlocking the achievement without deleting your save (as this happened to me with the Skills and defeat Mezu achs).

Just posting a playlist for all the secret locations. They're done by chapter if you only need certain ones, use the videos if the steam site doesn't explain it well enough. Hope it helps!

Found a really great guide that does an excellent job of showing and explaining where the secrets are, and the quality is considerably better then that other video guide(where the guy making it admits that the capture card made it darker then expected, so sometimes it's hard to tell where exactly in the level the secret is)

Check this link to find the 106 secrets in the game, all is explained well with pictures, I got the trophy while I was following this guide, I never had a problem to find one of the secrets, just read carefully what is explained.

There are 106 secrets in the game. All are statues or pools of blood, with the exception of one Ki Crystal in Chapter 5. Click here for a Shadow Warrior - All Secrets video playlist guide uploaded by NTAGAMEGUIDES which shows the location of each secret in each chapter.

It is recommended that you follow these videos and gather all collectibles in your first play through. If you miss any, assuming you made a save file at the beginning of each chapter, you can load up the relevant one to gather any that you missed.
