In Chapter 5, you will encounter your first Shaman, a large enemy who can infinitely spawn corpses and bring them back to life as enemies if you hesitate to kill him. There are two in this level: one at the surface in the giant cemetery, and the second is in the underground water cave.
TIP: Be sure to have the SHOCKWAVE upgrade for the sword!
Wait until he spawns about 15+ enemies and lure them into a tight spot, then charge the Shockwave attack. When they all gang up on you, aim AT THE GROUND and release the charge; this will slice their legs (if they're crawling, you can work towards "Merciless") and knock them off balance, counting as a "Specialist" bonus. If you want the achievement fast, just keep letting the Shaman re-animate the corpses.
For individual enemies, use the Divider of Heavens skill; this will still count towards the achievement if you behead them or slice of a limb while doing this.
It seems convoluted, but it's quite easy. Happy hunting! :)

There are three different katana special attacks that can be unlocked. The first, Divider of Heavens, is unlocked naturally in the first chapter. The other two, Circle of Iron and Wing of Crane, can be purchased with karma points. Each have their own button combination to activate which can be observed below. Simply kill 100 different enemies with these three special attacks to unlock the trophy.
