You need cyber affinity 2 to purchase and install this at the 12 arms store. This is a really useful upgrade that even a caster may consider fitting. Otherwise, make a save before purchasing so you can reload after you get the achievement.

After installing at the first round of combat group your team together so you're a juicy target for people throwing grenades and make a save. In my first combat after installing this I had 5 grenades thrown at me in the first enemy round. If you only had 1 or 2 thrown at you, reload the save and repeat until the achievement unlocks, and then reload your save prior to purchasing.

Personaly I've kept this one, it's so enjoyable when the enemies throw grenades at you and hurt themselves.
