If you're not building yourself up as a Chromed up killer you can get this quick and easy by banking up some karma points and cash.
At the end of Act 2, just before going to meet Dreamland I had a bunch of spare karma and around 13,000 nuyen.
Make a save, spend points to get cyberware affinity 3 or 6 to get some extra essence points. This will make things easier.
Then go to Ten-Armed Ambrose and go shopping. You need to fill every slot with something, work around the cash you have, and the essence you have available. Cheaper items generally take more essence than something a little more expensive. So work with the numbers you have to fill every slot.
Then just reload your save if you don't want to keep all your shiny new body parts.
