This is in the Shadows of Hong Kong DLC campaign. Finish the main campaign first and load up an end game save for this campaign.
It's recommended you have a rigger on your team for this one.
When you get to Tai Po if you go to the bottom left hand corner there is a fight. Once you complete that fight you're able to get access to a Prototype combat Control Module.
Once you're inside the warehouse and the spider tanks come out. If a tank is within a yellow area of the map, send your rigger to the nearest terminal and hack the tank. It will take a few turns, and will then be under your control.
