This is in the Shadows of Hong Kong DLC campaign. Finish the main campaign first and load up an end game save for this campaign.
Later in the mission after the doublecross is revealed you will need to fight off enemies trying to take you out. Once this is done there will be two doors to go through. If you wish, make a save here. Take the right hand door and use the roof code to get to the roof for that achievement.
The The Promised Land achievement in Shadowrun: Hong Kong - Extended Edition worth 37 pointsGain access to the Police Station roof
If you take the left door you will head down to the garage for the other achievements.

The It's Called Being Thorough achievement in Shadowrun: Hong Kong - Extended Edition worth 40 pointsBlow up all the police vehicles in the motor pool
After you enter the garage there is a terminal just to the right of you. Go to the terminal and put in the password PowerfulLynx
You now have access to blowing up the vehicles in the garage just by clicking on them with a 0AP action.
The first vehicle you blow up will pop this achievement. Be careful you don't have any of your team too close to the vehicle you are blowing up as they will take damage.
