First up you'll need to talk to Is0bel after every mission to go through herstory. She'll ask you to do a side mission for her and complete that. It's hilarious. Continue talking to her after missions until you get to the final mission.
On the final mission you will need to choose any ending except for taking Qian Yu's deal. If you take that deal you will have to kill Is0bel.
Once you've completed the final mission you'll get to the prologue. Go talk to her one last time and the achievement will unlock.
