First of all you will need to recruit Gaichu to your team during the Whampoa CSI mission.
After doing each mission go talk with your team members. Keep talking to them until they have nothing more to say. After a while when you go talk to Gaichu he'll tell you about his former team coming for him. You can setup an ambush for them. Go do Gaichu's mission, kill all of his former squadmates and get back to your ship. Keep talking to Gaichu after missions when you get back and eventually you'll finish his storyline and this achievement will pop.
