This is in the Shadows of Hong Kong DLC campaign. Finish the main campaign first and load up an end game save for this campaign.
When you get to Tai Po go to the top right corner and enter the building, after clearing out all the guards. talk to the wageslave in the top left room to get access to the terminal that has information about Ares and the future they plan for Krait.
After fighting all the spider tanks Krait will come in, Use the information in the terminal, a shadowrun etiquette, and if you've taken the deal in the main campaign to get 12 years good luck, Krait will leave.

If you're doing this on a Charmed Life run, you don't need the terminal information, you just need to choose the dialogue options proving that you have insane luck. If you didn't take the deal, you can still get it but will need the terminal info as well as Shadowrunner Etiquette and Intelligence 6. Show Krait the info and pass the etiquette check, remark that she's only a mercenary and pass the intelligence check, then give her one more chance to leave and she should take it this time.
