Easiest way to unlock this is with
Acid Stream 1
Fireball 1
and Isobel's pistol
so if you've got a bunch of spare karma points and not a spellcaster, save the game so you can rollback after you get this achievement, then spend some to get some magic skills. Go to Crafty and buy the spells, then take Isobel with you on a mission.
You can save scum this, so save, throw a fireball until it hits, then save, throw the acid stream until it hits, then save and fire with Isobel's pistol until it hits. Do all these things in the same round at the same target.
Once the achievement unlocks, then you can go back to your first save where you still have all your Karma Points available.
