This is in the Shadows of Hong Kong DLC campaign. Finish the main campaign first and load up an end game save for this campaign.
The Detention mission is the one where you go to Ikon Tower, and also get the ratparty achievement. After you leave the building, but Fuchi and Yamatetsu both want to claim ownership of Lily. Tell them both to get stuffed and let Lily be free.
Now there will be a large 3 way fight with lots of reinforcements. I retreated to the bottom right of the map and just let the two forces attack each other, and taking out everyone who came near. There will be some reinforcements come up the road near where you're waiting so take them out as soon as they appear.
If you let both sides attack each other this should be a relatively easy fight, going in to clean up the remaining damaged forces on both sides.
