How to unlock the Boom achievement in Shadowrun Returns - Definitive Guide

When I got this it was my character plus one of my teammates standing next two two enemies. I threw a grenade I had at the enemy next to me not realizing that the splash damage would hit all four of us. After it successfully damaged everyone, the achievement popped. I would assume that maybe as long as one enemy is damaged, it doesn't matter who the other three are, as long as everyone take damage at the same time.

This popped for me in the tutorial. Summoned a spirit and moved it next to your 3 party members, hit all of them with a grenade and got this. Didn't even need to hit an enemy. Then used bear totem to get I Feel Great.
