This is a cumulative achievement that can be done right at the start of the game.
Once you're in the flashback sequence (literally minutes into the game), you'll start with a string of dialogue between all the characters there. Once you're out of the dialogue, pause
and then navigate to the last menu 
and save your game.
Switch to Sangoma with
, the Ork. With her selected, move your cursor to the diamond with a skull in the center that says "Summon Spirit." You'll be able to select it when there's a rotating circle around the icon.
Press
and the spirit will immediately summon. Now, load your save that you made at the beginning of this encounter, and repeat the process five times.
If you've already missed this opportunity, you can easily start a new save and get this achievement done in a few minutes. If you're not up to that, throughout the game you'll have the opportunity to recruit Shamans to your team and use them to summon spirits. Alternatively, you can spend 1 point of Karma to summon spirits. Go to your character menu, press
to bring up youru Karma menu, and navigate to Charisma. The third option down should be "Spirit Summon", the description will read "Sprit Summoning [1] Spirit summoning points visible." This should allow you to summon spirits from their summon points throughout the game.
