For me this one was actually pretty easy, hoping will be the same for everyone
For the mission where you have to visit Telestrian Industries then when hiring a crew I had the option of hiring an Ork Adept who has the Counterstrike spell
Load up the mission, get to the first fight and use some of your crew to damage one of the first enemies down to less than 10 HO and then use the Ork’s Counterstrike and spell and end your turn. To make even easier retreat rest of your crew if needed to ensure the enemy will go for the Ork
You can reload after you have your acheivement as save point is only a minute before the fight

I'm up to do it yet, but if you find any shadowrunner with ChiCasting 6 (able to equip Counterstrike), if they don't have it, you might buy one from the spells seller (Aljernon) and equip it at the mission start.
