might want to add, that David Fry II doesn't have it for you until after your first trip to the Brotherhood

Don't make my mistake, as I chose to repeat endgame to reallocate karma for achievements, only to realize that I couldn't find a vendor for cyberdecks in The Estate. I wound up having to rewind back to my earlier save at The Union to pre-emptively buy it so that I could equip it when I get the karma, and wasted a bunch of time.

@Ectara brings up the good point that this is only available for a short while so i would grab it as soon as it becomes available and then reload to get your money back
