During the same part of the story where you obtain the "We're In!" achievement you will navigate through the Inner Sanctum with the team you picked before the mission.
I won't spoil any narrative points, but there will be a few combat encounters to clear. Just use whatever health kits / trauma kits / healing spells you need to ensure none of your party members are killed and once you move everyone through the back door and onto the streets the achievement should pop.
