Just got this during the tutorial encounter. Had my 3 characters right next to each other behind cover and activated the Shaman's Bear Totem when all 3 were damaged. Somehow this counted as "Heal Wound" for this achievement, as it unlocked when the Totem healed 30+ damage in total, not from a single character.

If you want to make this really easy, Sam can throw a grenade at the team to deal the 30+ damage that can then be healed.

It worked for me as I set the difficulty to hard
