This is a story related achievement, so there may be minor spoilers in this guide if you haven't visited Telestrian Industries yet.
This is technically missable, but only if you go out of your way. On your way to Silverstar's Office (after the elevator ride) you have the opportunity to explore and check out the office from the night before where you had to shut off the elevator. There will also be the same "Transition" icon that your team left through. Do not go through that transition! You'll just leave the building and progress to the next part of the story.
Instead, follow the objective and go to Silverstar's office (there should be the usual gold quest marker). Once he leaves you'll have to solve a puzzle by selecting the various paintings on the wall in the appropriate order. This is timed based on your actions. If you don't choose the correct order fast enough, you'll get caught and fail the mission (meaning you are forced to load a previous save). Each painting is named, three of which are named after the "Corporate Values". (A note: this puzzle can be a bit glitchy. If an icon is selected, but your character is too close to or facing another icon, you'll select that one instead. Read the painting description and make sure that you're looking at the correct one.)
The paintings are arranged from left to right: Vigilance, Independence, Unity, Efficiency, and Duty.
The order to select the paintings in are:
1. Duty
2. Efficiency
3. Vigilance
You will know you've chosen the correct painting because you will be told that it sinks into wall and it will be visually sunken into the wall.
You will know you've chosen the wrong painting if you get the message that the painting sinks into the wall then pops back out.
If you've chosen the correct painting and then a wrong painting it will reset the whole puzzle, and you will have to start over.
Once you've chosen the correct paintings in the correct order, a bookshelf on the left will open, revealing a hidden room with a sealed safe. Investigate the case to learn it has a biometric lock. Head back to the paintings and you'll see a cart that you can investigate. Interact with it and take the cigar. Go back to the safe, interact with it and use the cigar. The achievement should pop.
