How to unlock the Killing Hands achievement in Shadowrun Returns - Definitive Guide

First, you need to get one character with the Roundhouse Kick unlocked (Strength [4] --> Close Combat [4] --> Unarmed [4]).
Instead of trying to get two low health enemies adjacent to perform the roundhouse kick on both, simply get one single enemy to a very low health, position one companion beside the enemy (not diagonally) and do the kick on both. as long as BOTH characters get hit and the enemy dies, the achievement will unlock.
This same method works with the Wetwork achievement where you have to kill two adjacent enemies with a single melee weapon hit.

FYI this method can be done in the tutorial fight. Chose stats as suggested, dumped the rest in Body, and followed instructions.
