How to unlock the Sentimental Value achievement in Shadowrun Returns - Definitive Guide
This can be done after recruiting Paco while you're searching for Coyote (after your first visit to the Seamstress Union).
You'll encounter a crime scene. Exhaust all of your dialogue options with Dresden, then speak with Officer Aguirre and exhaust all of his dialogue options. Once you exit your conversation with Aguirre, he'll stop you and give you the opportunity to bribe him in exchange for information on the Ripper. It'll cost you ¥300, but it'll earn you the "For the Orphans" achievement and make this achievement easier. If you don't have ¥300 or are simply opposed to the idea of giving him money, you can decline his offer and continue on.
Heading further down the road, a little after the turn in the road, you'll encounter a crying troll that you can speak with. Speak with him and make sure you choose "Hoi friend. Everything okay?" Progress through any dialogue options with him and then leave. Much like Aguirre, he'll stop you and ask for a favor. He was a friend of the victim and wants you to retrieve her necklace. Choose "I understand. If I can find it at the scene, I'll bring it to you."
Head back to the crime scene and select the "Inspect" option by the victim's body. If you have a Quickness of 4 you'll be able to swipe it.
If you gave Aguirre a bribe, you'll be able to get his attention and he'll hand over the necklace to you.
If you don't have a high enough Quickness rating and you didn't help Aguirre, you can choose to "Lean down to take the necklace." You'll be stopped by the officer who initially prevented your access to the crime scene. Offer her a ¥50 bribe and she'll let you take the necklace.
Head back to the troll and hand over the necklace. The achievement will then pop.

I did this out of order, and so learned that if you haven't talked to Aguirre and choose to Lean down and take the necklace, instead of bribing for 50, you can also use level 2 Summoning to convince the officer that you need to remove the necklace in case it contains unstable magic.

This achievement should be flagged as missable. if you refuse to help or try to bargain the pre arranged reward amount when delivering the necklace the troll will no longer talk to you
