Basically just kill an enemy using skill, that deal damage for a few next rounds after successful attack. I used for this shamans summon with air spirit and choose lightning skill on enemy, it dealt 10 dmg every new round, so in 1-2 next rounds I haven`t touched him and eventualy he died and achievement popped
