How to unlock the BFF achievement in Shadowrun - Definitive Guide

It is very hard to know who is playing on what. But you could always ask random people and see if they will let you party up with them if they are on Vista. There are a few random people still out there but its very hard to find them because they usually never put a mic in. But good luck trying to find one with a mic.
EDIT: Make sure there is also an Xbox player in the party. You both will get the achievement.

If YOU are the Xbox player will you still get it with just the 2 of you?

To boost you need at least 4 people on both teams.

Does it have to be Vista or can it be Windows 7?

As long as they are PC, I believe. Because I played with a few Windows people.

The game works on Windows 7, and Vista-related achievements will unlock as usual.

also another tip the PC person in your party has to finish the match. tonight the PC person was kicked from the party and we didn't get the achivement. also didn't pick up small world because of this. Played another match the PC player stayed in the whole match. Picked up small world and BFF

Have only Xbox players host the games. We tried having a pc player host and we would never match up. We tried having an Xbox host and we matched the first time.

Just be in a party with players on both platforms, and join and finish a match. if you do not already have it, you will get "Small World" along with this.
