If you are playing on the Xbox 360, you need to kill 100 players on PC.
If you are playing on PC, you need to kill 100 players on the Xbox 360.
Most players are on the Xbox, so you can get this achievement easily by getting the PC version and playing on that. Then simply sell the game on Ebay or something if you don't want two copies of it.
Both platforms share the same achievement card, although I'm not sure if statistics and cumulative achievement progress carries between the two.
No matter what, you will get this achievement eventually. If in boosting sessions, try to determine if there are any people on the other platform (ie, PC) that you can kill.
NOTE: In every game you score a kill, there must be at least 4 human controlled players on each team. This is for every Shadowrun achievement.

What isn't true? Godlike needs 4 on 6. But I said at least 4 on 4.

Shadowrun is a cross-platform game which means that is can be played on both Xbox 360 and PC .
To obtain the achievement you must kill 100 people on the other platform.
So basically if you are playing on the Xbox 360 you must kill 100 people that are playing on the PC.
****OR****
If you are playing on the PC then you must kill 100 people that are playing on the Xbox 360.
This can be the hardest achievement to achieve simply because most people play on the Xbox 360.
**Note: You can see if the person is playing on windows without having them on your friends list. Just bring up their gamercard and look in the bottom right corner, if their is a windows symbol then they are playing on the PC.

If you are playing on a 360, kill Vista players 100 times and vice-versa. Teamkills do not count towards the achievement.
