SmartLink costs $2000. It activates upon purchase so make sure not to turn it off when you're fighting. SmartLink makes your bullets more accurate and keeps you from shooting teammates (although its not perfect). It is best used with automatic weapons like the SMG and the Mini-gun.
Keep in mind that SmartLink makes a red laser constantly shoot from your eye so it can give away your position if you're not careful.

Buy Smartlink ($2000), activate it, and just kill 100 people with any weapon. SmartLink is basically auto-aim technology. It is best to go for this achievement as a human, as they do not have Essence penalties. SmartLink also stops friendly fire, so you should buy this when using a Mini-Gun regardless.
