Best way to do this is by being a human so you are able to buy teleport in the first round. Set it to one of your shortcuts. (i find RB easiest) And just keep teleporting as much as you can in the match. If you do this you will have this achievement in 1 match.

The easiest way to do it is to select either the Elf or Human, purchase and assign the skill to a button. When the match starts, you can stand still and keep spam-pressing the button that you assigned it to.

You'll flash in place, your essence will recharge immediately, and it'll count towards your 100.

Wash, rinse, repeat.

Remember, achievements do not pop until the game is over.
