equip wired reflexes with a katana and just stand in front of a sniper will automatically block most but not all so move if you need too also don't be so close that you get gusted cuz that will leave you open to a headshot

Don't you have to activate wired reflexes first?

you dont need to activate wired reflexes at all just have them equiped. and it should be noted that you can get this achievement from someone on your team shooting you with a sniper it doesnt have to be an enemy.

You learn how to block shots in Chapter 6. You do not have to block 10 shots in one game, rather you must do it over the course of your career. The easiest method, however, is to get a guy on your team to buy a sniper, and you buy a Katana & Wired Reflexes. Get him to shoot at you as you face him so you can deflect the bullets 10 times. You can deflect 3-4 shots before your health fully depletes. If you can, throw a Tree of Life behind you so that you can regenerate your health.
