Don't be intimidated by trolls. One sniper rifle head shot will take them down and they have a huge head. Anti-Magic Generators or proximity to dwarves keeps their spikes from protruding, making them just as vulnerable as anybody else to regular damage. Minions are also quite helpful if you can catch them unaware.

Just kill 100 Trolls. The best ways to kill Trolls are: with a Sniper Rifle (huge head and a one-headshot kill), throwing Anti-Magic Generators to weaken their shields, or to sic Minions on them.
