There are 3 parts to this to be able to kill the queen you have to talk to Arashad in Thole market place and get the side quest "Spider Cull" once completed again speak to Arashad then he shall give you the "stop the infestation" side quest once completed he will ask you to slay the queen its a lvl 5 mission but i suggest coming back at around lvl 8 to make it quick and easy
