Two more come to mind:
- Revealing to Ataka (the werewolf camp overseer) that Zaar is controlled by a demon will net you 1 Cruelty point. This will void another achievement however.
- One last Cruelty point is awarded by fulfilling Mara's request to kill Krenze. This happens at the very end of the game.
