Ok so this one obviously is decided on what you done before you get to this point ….I will list the answers I gave below in quest = response.....
1st defend against carissa = "I fought the demon".
2nd !no quest! ="Are there other threats we should worry about"
3rd The endless chant ( after you stop the werewolves at dura tyr you will speak to krek do all dialogue with him then return to the hermit ...tell him what you was told then return to krek! make him go and swap places with the hermit thus disbanding the conclave!) = "The conclave has fallen "
4th Spirits of the ancestral moon(return the four totems chapter 3) = "The final curse I broken"

Oh my god I finally finished the quest. I mean you still get found out but it took me so many tries to not raise their suspicions I finally was like maybe Google knows. And of course it found me a answer that didn't require reloading from my save point a million times. Thanks!!

Enter Taymurian wilds, get infected by Wood or Wasp, then follow that quest line to the hermit cave to cure dark spasm. Once cured talk to Hermit shaman as Zaar to get the spirits of the ancestrol moon quest. Collect all Totems and place them in the moon wilds.
Go back to Hermit and say you appaised the ancestors. Talk to him again and ask about the endless chant, and get a new quest for finding a replacement shaman.
If all thats done, you simply need to follow the main story line of infiltrating the Penta Nera in Kyallisar
BEWARE: your choices may well be different as this depends heavily on what you have done till now. But the ancestral Moon quest MUST be completed before you enter the Pentra Nera.
