after fighting your way through the the nomads camp you come to a new area "the outlands" just as you come out on the left hand side there is a door to the "Desert cave" inside speak to the merchant "saleen" offer your help to him and he will give 4 quests the quest pertinent to this achievement is "The Reaper" its a lvl 8 quest you will then need to locate the "Shrine" its an area to the east of the outlands you need to complete a very simple puzzle to enter (word of warning! just before the shrine theres a group of zombies that if you kill they keep reanimating you need to switch to the devourer and kill the Revenant that brings them back) once inside the shrine before the achievement theres a treasure chest that's dropped low and is surrounded by candles which you can turn on and off if you head to the left you will find a statue you candles around the base copy the flames which are alight and prepare for quite a tough demon fight …. then once got it onward north to where you will find an alter then you are faced with a choice sacrifice the dude or don't now im not sure what happens if you choose the other choice but I chose not to murder the dude and ended up fighting the demon! its a tough fight so beware one done his evil butt thoroughly whipped claim the sword achievement pops ….and on we go

MISSABLE: Once in Outlands theres a cave near to where you start called Desert Cave. Go inside and talk to Selenn and get his side quest which has 4 parts. The one you need for this trophy is called The Reaper, simple activate this as the active quest and find your way to the quest marker.
Once inside make a manual save.
Candle puzzle on floor. Light the candles so they match what is lit under the statue to the far left. Open chest and get a tough Demon fight.
Make another save after beating it. Next comes the boss fight you have a choice to make to kill or not to kill. At this point not sure if choice matters for trophy but i choose to kill. But make a save after candle puzzle to be safe.
