Shadows of the Damned

Once you have defeated the final boss there is a cutscene followed by a very brief bit of walking and a button press. This will trigger another cutscene after which the credits will start to roll. The achievement unlocks as the credits start, along with the achievement for completing the game on whichever difficulty you have chosen.
