In order to unlock this trophy you must play through the entire game without killing anyone and not killing the king at the end of the game. This is most easily accomplished by using the environment to your advantage, and using environmental objects to create distractions that will allow you, or Lily, to move without being detected.

Note that guards can be killed by environmental objects such as crates or barrels (among other things), so you should be watchful if you are using these to create distractions as you don’t want to accidentally crush a guard under a barrel you pushed off a ledge, etc. In the event that a guard is killed simply rewind time to undo the death. At the end of the game you will be asked how you want to deal with the king, and you should choose not to kill him.
