Easy to get this one. In the fight against the Empress Spider, she will drop 2 eggs (4 after she hits low health) which will hatch after a couple seconds. If you are just standing in a corner (where her slam attacks can't hit you) and shooting your gun, you're guaranteed to destroy the eggs before they hatch. Just bust 10 an you get it!
