How to unlock the Squish! achievement in Shantae: Half-Genie Hero - Definitive Guide
A good place to get this achievement is on Tassel Town Stage 1, but first you need to defeat the stage boss. After doing that, you can replay the level without worrying about the wind.
Advance through the stage until you reach this area:
Hit the block a few times until it is situated half in the air. Then wait until one of the green enemies is below. You may need to jump on the block in order to attract the enemy, as I had to.

Did it on the exact same spot.
This trophy requires you to plan carefully with an enemy underneath you when you use your hair whip to knock a block down. The simplest/earliest I'd suggest would be Tassel Town, Stage 1, after you've dealt with Wilbur. Return and the winds will have died down allowing you full roam of the area. Near the halfway to two-third mark through this part will be a lone block and some spiked enemies beneath you. Wait until it either goes to stand there or charges up and whip it down onto the enemy, squishing it and getting you the trophy.
To obtain this trophy, you must cause a block to fall onto an enemy. Simply pushing the block into an enemy will not work. This can be obtained in a few locations, but there is an easy spot in Tassel Town. As you are making your way towards the tower, you will come across a block on a floating platform and a cactus enemy on the ground. Stand on the upper platform and push the block forward so that it falls onto the cactus enemy and crushes him. If you miss, there is also a block about halfway up Tassel Tower and an endless amount of snakes that pop out of a vase on the platform below.

Easily completed in the desert level. At least at the very beginning, at least in the tower.
