This is for using the Green Zombie Girl in the middle of the three characters; RottyTops. By holding the 
button and aiming with the 
RottyTops can throw her head. If the head hits an enemy it will deal 5 damage. This is best farmed on low HP enemies such as Purple Bats or Crabs. Using the 
will attack with her Leg and not by throwing her head, so make sure you use the button. I personally recommend the very first level. There are 3 crabs within quick succession at the start of the level and are easily killed with the head toss.

For this trophy you want to find some enemies and throw Rottytop's head at them by using 
, then aiming directly at them. Just keep throwing her head until they die. Go to world 1-1 or 3-1 as there are some easy to defeat enemies in both. Rinse and repeat until 10 enemies are defeated and you will get the trophy.
