I got stuck on this mission on how to destroy the pylons after you influenced the statues. I followed this video which was very helpful.

As you progress in the story mode. You will be asked the influence a number of Ministry Status.You do this by having the 'purple flow' (lvl 3). Once you influence the statue a red antenna will come out, just grind on the shaping rails to reach the top and Ollie over it and BAM!. You need to do this about 5 times.

Story related and can't be missed. Somewhat later in the game you get this mission. You have to influence 3 buildings and then an influencer pops out of the top. Ride the nearby shaping rails to destroy the influencer.

Story related. You will see forming rails by the pylons. Simply ride and shape the rail so it locks onto the pylon. The beacon will flash green when you have a good lock on.
