Or if like me, you don't have any friends........... With this game.
Simply travel to a ski lift. At the top end of the lift. Stand infront of it, where the people dismount.
Lock onto people riding the lift, as they are approaching, and just as they jump off the chair, fire away.
You may have to try it a few times but it will work this way :)

just do this with a friend, tell him to keep jumping on a semi-flat surface and follow him while continuously pressing the snowball buttom (B). You do not need a big kicker to get this one.

I'm sure you know how to throw a snowball. Just hold down CIRCLE to pick up a snowball and hold it. When you see a boarder get near him and make sure your snowball locks on (the meter will have a skull in it). Wait for the boarder to go off a jump then release CIRCLE and there you go you'll knock him out of the air with your snowball and get this trophy.

There are two ‘easy’ ways to do this one; either do a death race and just keep spamming
you'll probably just randomly hit someone eventually. The way I preferred to do it is to stand under the chair lift and try to knock some off of the seat.
