Play all the challenges on this mountain at least once and get at least one medal in that event. The challenges are the events that are placed all over around the mountain. Press the SELECT button on your controller to bring up the map of the mountain. You will notice alot of icons on your map. You can quick travel to nearest chairlift point or helicopter dropzone by pushing X when your your looking on your map and have the point selected. You will have to ride your snowboard to the event because you can not quick travel to the event itself. Make sure you have at least one medal under all the events except the multiplayer challenges. There is a separate trophy like this for the Park City, Europe, Japan and Alaskan mountains.

To get these 4 trophies and the other 4 trophies like this (you will see they are the same just having to do them online) you can host a private match and do all the events except the Rat Race and King of the Hill events where you will actually need to go online and get real people to do.
