Earned by getting 1,000,000 respect on the Europe course.
The fastest way to gain respect I found was to fast travel to the ski lift just above the monorail, then board down and stop just in front of the entrance, (it's boarded up with planks) and set a way point,

Break through the boards using focus and then shoulder charge 
, and do a small hop onto the monorail, next task is to stay on as long as you can...the only trick is to hop over each of the 'junctions' or poles that hold the track up. Once you get as far as you can and inevitably fall off you can warp back to your marker + 
.
If you make it all the way to the end you will get about 30,000 points a run. If you fall off early then you don't have to smash through the boards again. Small tip, once you clear the 4th junction, (after the first big bend in the track to the right), do a small hop as the track dips sharply...I kept falling off here as I think the track is a little unstable.
Also, if I stayed on till the multiplier reached x3 I would keep boarding when I did fall for a couple of focus super jumps until I crashed...taking advantage of the multiplier.

Unfortunately this mountain doesn’t a nice halfpipe to farm all the points. Best advice here is to just to ride the mountain from top to bottom – Maybe try and get the ‘Big run’ achievement on this mountain, two birds with one stone.
