This can be done with a couple high tier weapons legitimately. I managed to get this one with a cross map sub-sniper shot, and lucked out with a crit netting 240 damage. I've seen others accomplish this with a Grand Finale (upgrade of fireworks) that hits multiple targets, a nuke that hits 2+ targets with one being a crit, and then a few other lucky shots using a 2x buff shot.
Note: Check progression to see when certain weapons are unlocked. Ex: Nuke unlocks at level 80.
An easy method that can boosted is to play on the points mode, with at least 4 people, and have everyone move towards the center of the map and shoot upward (typically 100 power, 90 degrees), and everyone has a chance of earning this and the 300+ damage achievement. Good luck finding a team that agrees to this.
